Matthew Lee

Matthew Lee has extensive experience in sales, with current positions at Eastwood Homes and Smith Douglas Homes, as well as a longstanding role as Sales Counselor and Area Sales Manager at Meritage Homes since 2016. In these positions, Matthew collaborates with senior leadership to coach and train sales staff while analyzing sales programs for improvement. Prior to their sales career, Matthew served as an EMT-I with 911 in Bulloch County, Georgia, providing critical medical support, and as an ER Tech at Gwinnett Medical Center, where patient care tasks were performed across multiple departments. Matthew's educational background includes a B.S. in Biology with concentrations in Pharmacy and Environmental Science from West Texas A&M University, along with further studies in Biology, Business, and Health Care.
