Leigh Grimes

Leigh Grimes, PHR, serves as the Head of People and Culture at Smith Leonard PLLC since February 2022. Previously, Leigh held various human resources positions at Noregon Systems from April 2016 to February 2022, including Director and Manager roles. Earlier experience includes a coaching position at CrossFit and an Executive Director role at Brookdale. Additional leadership roles were held at Kisco Senior Living and instructional experience at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Leigh's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida State University, a Master of Science in Exercise & Sport Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from Villanova University.
