Jina L. Daigle

Jina L. Daigle, M.S. is an experienced independent consultant and trainer specializing in behavioral-based safety, leadership development, and customized training programs for high-risk industries. Since 1988, Jina has worked as a contract facilitator trainer, collaborating with various organizations, including Smith Mason & Co., Mergentis, and Intertek, where responsibilities have included training mid-level managers and designing tailored programs for clients in the oil and gas sector and other high-risk industries. As the owner and manager of Creative Team Solutions, Jina offers services such as team development, coaching, and adventure programs. Jina holds a master's degree in Behavioral Sciences and Community Counseling from Oklahoma State University, earned between 1978 and 1985.
