Arup Mukherjee

Arup Mukherjee began their work experience in 2005 as an SAP Technical Associate at Fujitsu Consulting. Arup then joined Honeywell Vocollect in 2009, where they worked as a Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and eventually became a Technical Project Lead. At Honeywell Vocollect, they gained experience in analysis, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and maintenance of software. Arup also served as the Project Lead and Technical Architect for Voice Solutions, utilizing Java, J2EE, REST Web Services, Python, and SAP ABAP. Mukherjee then joined Eaton in 2020, holding the roles of Senior Software Specialist and Principal Software Engineer. At Eaton, they worked on distributed energy resource monitoring, Docker infrastructure, Azure Kubernetes registration, and data modeling using enterprise architecture. Arup also worked on forecasting and prediction algorithm development and deployment using LSTM, APM, and Meta Prophet Modeling. In 2022, they joined Smith Micro Software, Inc. as the Director of Software Engineering.

Arup Mukherjee holds a Master of Information Systems Management (MISM) degree from Carnegie Mellon University, with a focus on Computer Science and Information Systems. Arup also has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University. In addition to their academic degrees, Arup has obtained certifications in "MIT 15.071x: The Analytics Edge" from edX and in "Deep Learning Specialization" from deeplearning.ai.
