Cathy Dalene

Cathy Dalene currently serves as Senior Vice President of Global Wound Care at Smith & Nephew since September 2020. Prior to this role, Cathy held various positions at Mölnlycke, including Executive Vice President of Wound Care and Global Marketing, as well as Vice President of Global Marketing and Global Franchise Head for Prevention from March 2016 to August 2020. Earlier experience includes three years at Johnson & Johnson as General Manager/Managing Director for the Global Surgery division in the Nordics Region and Franchise Director for General Surgery in Emerging Markets. Cathy's career also includes roles at Ethicon, Inc. and DePuy within Johnson & Johnson, as well as positions at Texas Christian University where Cathy earned an MBA in Marketing. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Management and International Business from Baylor University.
