Prior experience includes leadership positions at Olympus Surgical Technologies and DePuy Synthes, where Justin contributed to quality systems management, product quality, and commercial quality support. With a strong foundation in quality engineering and project leadership acquired through roles at DePuy Biologics, Codman, and DePuy Spine, Justin's career is backed by a BS and MS in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University.
