Travis Shears

Travis Shears is the Director of Tax at Smith + Howard, where Travis has been since January 2024. Prior to this role, Travis held the position of Vice President - Tax at U.S. Xpress Enterprises, Inc. from August 2018 to January 2024. With extensive experience in tax management, Travis also served as a Senior Manager at both LBMC and EY. Travis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Tennessee Technological University.
