Luke Malek

Luke Malek is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in legal services and program development. Currently serving as an Attorney at Law at Smith + Malek, PLLC since April 2015, Malek has held various significant positions, including Director of Legal Affairs and Program Development at Heritage Health and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney at the Kootenai County Prosecuting Attorney's office. Malek's career also includes roles as a consultant and a candidate for the Idaho Legislature. A graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law, Malek earned a Juris Doctor degree and previously studied Politics and Economics, as well as Music, at The College of Idaho. In addition to legal work, Malek co-founded Kootenai County Young Professionals and served as Executive Director of Post Falls Urban Renewal.
