Michael Mulcahy

Michael Mulcahy serves as General Counsel and chief legal officer at Vedder Price P.C., a position held since October 2018, where responsibilities include managing all legal matters, advising on professional responsibility, ethical issues, corporate governance, and commercial contracts. Mulcahy has been with Vedder Price since May 1998 as an Attorney at Law. Prior experience includes serving as a Staff Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps from September 1993 to May 1998, where Mulcahy acted as both a defense counsel and prosecutor. Earlier roles include teaching, coaching, and serving as Athletic Director at Hales Franciscan High School from August 1986 to June 1993, and counseling at Camp Cedar from 1984 to 1989. Michael Mulcahy obtained a JD from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (1990-1993) and attended Illinois State University (1982-1987).
