David Donoho

David Donoho is the Senior Principal at Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. David was previously the Director of Construction at the Tennessee Department of Transportation from September 1998 to June 2008. In this role, they oversaw a construction program with an annual budget of $700 million.

David Donoho graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
