Jonathan Coddington is a seasoned financial expert currently serving as a Partner and senior adviser at Smith Square Partners since January 2013. With extensive experience in providing high-quality financial advice on acquisitions, sales, and capital market transactions, Jonathan has also advised governmental bodies on various commercial matters. Prior to this role, Jonathan held various positions including Partner in Healthcare and public company M&A at KPMG UK, Director at Hawkpoint Partners Limited, Executive at Baring Brothers, and Chartered Accountant at KPMG. Jonathan holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from Loughborough University, complemented by foundational education at The Leys School in Cambridge.
