Riana Thibeault

Riana Thibeault has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Riana began their career at Fox Ridge Outfitters in 1997, where they served as a Retail Sales Assistant Manager, overseeing daily operations and leading a team of associates. In 2009, they joined Thompson Center Arms as a Domestic Account Manager, where they demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service and played a crucial role in the successful relocation of the manufacturing plant. At Smith & Wesson, Riana held various positions, including Customer Relations Manager, Business Manager for Law Enforcement Sales, Manager of Sales Operations, and most recently, Director of Sales Operations. Their expertise in sales and operations management has contributed to the success of these companies.

Riana (Desrosiers) Thibeault attended the University of Rhode Island from 2000 to 2001, where they studied International Business and French.
