Colette Huzinec

Colette Huzinec currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at Smithbucklin, a position held since April 2004, where leadership of a human resources team focuses on recruitment, development, engagement, and retention to drive client success. Prior to this role, Colette was Vice President and Head of Talent, instrumental in launching the Smithbucklin Learning Center to enhance employee skills. Colette's earlier experience includes roles at Accenture, where responsibilities as Manager of Human Performance involved improving call center sales cultures for Fortune 100 companies. Colette holds a BA in Business and Psychology from the University of Leeds.
