Jennifer Creed

Jennifer Creed has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jennifer began their career in 1995 as an HR Manager/Director at Fresh Express, Inc and held this role until 2000. Jennifer then transitioned to roles such as Director of Continuous Improvement and Plant Manager at Fresh Express. In 2006, Creed joined Chiquita Brands International as the Director of Talent Management before moving on to Heartland Alliance for Human Needs & Human Rights in 2010. At Heartland Alliance, they served as the Director of Employee Services & Workforce Development and later became the Senior Director. In 2015, Creed joined SmithBucklin, where they currently serve as the Director of Talent Development.

Jennifer Creed obtained their high school education from St. Ignatius College Prep. Jennifer then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Spanish & Latin American Studies at Indiana University Bloomington from 1987 to 1991. In 1989-1990, Jennifer participated in a study abroad program at Universidad Compultense in Madrid, Spain. Later on, they pursued a Master's degree in Latin American Studies at UCLA from 1992 to 1995. Lastly, Jennifer obtained an MBA in Business Management from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business from 2002 to 2004.
