Micayla Felicion-Davin

Micayla Felicion-Davin, MBA, currently serves as Talent Development Manager at Smithbucklin since July 2020, previously holding the role of Membership & Operations Manager. In addition, Micayla has experience as a Freelance Content Marketing Manager at Haiilo from February 2023 to October 2024. Prior roles include Chapter Relations Manager at IABC from March 2015 to June 2022 and Chapter Activities Coordinator at the Oncology Nursing Society from February 2012 to March 2015. Micayla began a career in professional development and training as the Coordinator at Worldwide ERC from November 2010 to February 2012. Micayla earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Point Park University in 2013 and a B.A. in History from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2009.
