Brittany Nicholes is an experienced professional in research and development with a focus on food science and technology. Currently serving as a Research and Development Technologist at Smithfield Foods since June 2020, Brittany has held various roles within the organization, including positions on the New Product Development Team and Prototyping Team. Prior experience includes an internship at Smithfield Foods, where Brittany studied methods to enhance food properties and evaluated prototype success. Additionally, Brittany gained managerial experience as a Stock Manager at Franklin Outdoors, overseeing daily operations and inventory management. A former Camp Counselor at WinShape Foundation, Brittany developed leadership skills while supervising campers and coordinating activities.
