Christy Redmond

Christy Redmond has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Christy began their career as an Account Services Intern at Creata Promotions in 2004. Christy later worked as an Assistant Manager at Belgio's Catering from 2006 to 2009, where they managed daily operations and assisted with formal catering functions. Christy then joined Walgreens as an Assistant Manager from 2009 to 2011, where they were responsible for inventory control, accounts payable, and customer service. In 2012, they transitioned to DeVry University as an Admissions Advisor, recruiting and supporting students throughout the admissions process. Most recently, Christy has been working at Smithfield Foods since 2012, holding various roles such as Director Accounts Receivable and Credit, Senior Deductions Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, and Senior Supply Chain Distribution Analyst. In these positions, they demonstrated skills in data analysis, process improvement, supply chain management, and team leadership.

Christy Redmond obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Illinois State University, completing their education from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they earned a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from SixSigma.us in 2020.
