Daria Skubiak

Daria Skubiak serves as the Director of IT Delivery at Smithfield Foods since July 2020, previously holding the role of Senior IT Business Relationship Manager - Commercial. Prior to this, Daria was the IT Director for Business Relationship at VF Corporation, serving major brands such as The North Face, SmartWool, and JanSport from May 2016 to May 2019, where responsibilities included engaging with diverse IT and business partners to align technology solutions with strategic goals. Daria's earlier experience includes a series of roles at Cabela's, including Business Strategy Manager and Senior Business Relationship Manager, focusing on IT strategic liaison and retail operations. Daria began their career at Macy's as VP and General Manager, and also held a position at Burdines as Director of Merchandising. Daria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Merchandising Management from Michigan State University.
