Greg Vogts

Greg Vogts is an experienced talent development professional with a diverse background in training management and program development. Currently serving as Talent Development Manager at Smithfield Foods since November 2015, Greg leads a team responsible for training over 1,400 employees annually. Previously, Greg held positions such as Gold Crown Trainer II at Hallmark Cards, where training programs were designed for independent and corporate store networks, and Faculty Trainer at SkillPath Seminars, focusing on trainer selection and certification. Greg also managed nationwide training operations as a Training Manager at Penton, earning an Entrepreneur Award for a Supervisory Training program, and directed conference operations at Varro Group Inc. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The University of Kansas.
