Justin Hardwick

Justin Hardwick has extensive work experience in the food industry, particularly in supply planning and procurement. Justin has been with Smithfield Foods since 2006, starting as a Business Manager and eventually progressing to the role of Vice President of Supply Planning and Raw Procurement. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of Supply Planning and also worked as a Director at the same company. Justin's tenure at Smithfield Foods spans from 2006 to the present.

Justin Hardwick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Christopher Newport University - Luter School of Business, which they obtained between 2002 and 2006. Justin later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Governors University, completing it from 2015 to 2017.
