Geetika Tewari

Geetika Tewari has gained significant work experience in various HR roles. Geetika started their career in 2008 at HDFC Life, where they worked as an Executive Human Resources and later as a Manager-Learning & Development. Geetika then joined Thermax Limited in 2010 as an HR Business Partner, where they focused on implementing HR interventions and supporting organizational transformation. In 2013, Geetika moved to Aggreko as an HR Manager for India and later became the Senior Manager HR for South Asia, leading a team of 5 HR resources and overseeing projects such as the implementation of a global HRIS system. In 2017, Geetika joined Hasbro as the HR Head for India, where they played a crucial role in driving the organization's people strategy and enhancing its culture. Currently, Geetika is the HR Director Global Service & Operations at Smiths Group plc, where they have played key roles in Smiths India, Smiths Detection APACME, and Smiths India & Smiths Detection APACME.

Geetika Tewari completed their education as follows:

- From 2006 to 2008, they attended SCMLD and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Human Resources.

- In 2005-2006, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling with a specialization in Counseling Psychology at Fergusson College.

- From 2002 to 2005, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
