Hannah Constantine

Hannah Constantine possesses extensive legal experience, currently serving as General Counsel, Corporate & M&A at Smiths Group plc since April 2017, with additional responsibilities as Director of Legal Operations. Prior roles at Smiths Group included Associate General Counsel with a focus on Corporate & M&A and leadership in regional markets such as APAC and EMEA. Before this, Hannah was a Legal Secondee at Smiths Interconnect and spent nearly eight years at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, progressing from Trainee Solicitor to Associate in the Corporate division. Hannah holds a degree in Modern and Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge and completed legal education at BPP Law School.
