Allen Rumanyika

Allen Rumanyika has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several prestigious companies. Starting in 1999, they worked at Deloitte Uganda as a Project Analyst, where they administered loans and grants on behalf of the Central Bank of Uganda. In 2004, they joined PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a Sr. Associate, delivering quality audit services to top-tier clients and managing key projects. In 2011, they moved to Credit Suisse as an Assistant Vice President, managing a portfolio of investor funds and providing finance and accounting expertise. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at GCM Grosvenor as a Principal, and most recently, they joined the Smithsonian Institution in 2021 as the Director of Investment Operations. Overall, Allen has gained valuable experience in finance, accounting, and project management throughout their career.

Allen Rumanyika has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Makerere University. Allen later earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance, General from Columbia Business School. In 2022, they completed a Leadership Accelerator program at Learning @ Morning Brew. Additionally, they hold a certification as a CPA from AICPA in New York.
