Mohamed Sabir has a diverse work experience in the culinary field. mohamed started their career as a commis at the Hyatt Regency Casablanca in 2015. mohamed then worked as a demi chef de partie at Mogador Hotels & Resorts for a few months in 2016. Later that year, they joined Grand Hyatt as a demi chef de partie until 2017. In 2018, they joined Smittys Restaurant as a Chief Cook. Currently, they are working as a Demi Chef De Partie at Edmonton EXPO Centre.

Mohamed Sabir began their education in 2012 when they obtained a Diploma of Technician in Kitchen and Hospitality from the Institute Specialized of Hotels and Tourism Technology. During the same period, they also achieved a certification as a Technician of Cuisine and Restoration from the state Ministry of Tourism. In 2014, they pursued further specialization by completing a Professional Specialization Diploma in the field of 20/20 at the Hyatt Regency Casablanca.
