Benjamin Cabell

Benjamin Cabell, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Benjamin currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Smoke Guard, a role they assumed in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Whitmore, where they held various positions. From September 2020 onwards, Benjamin served as the Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager, leading a team of 6 professionals and implementing successful initiatives such as a pandemic response program that resulted in zero COVID cases contracted on-site. Benjamin also reduced unplanned overtime to 2% while meeting demand and spearheaded cross functional teams for strategic projects. Before their managerial role, Benjamin worked as a Quality and Continuous Improvement Engineer, Lead Process Engineer, Production Supervisor, and Process Engineer at Whitmore. Prior to joining Whitmore, Benjamin gained experience at Marshalltown Company as a Product Production Associate and Mechanical Engineering Intern.

Benjamin Cabell, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance, General, which they obtained from the University of Arkansas from 2019 to 2021. Prior to their MBA, Benjamin completed their undergraduate education at the University of Arkansas, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2010 to 2015. Benjamin began their academic journey at Rogers High School, where they obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Benjamin Cabell has also earned several certifications. Benjamin is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt through SixSigma.us, having obtained this certification in March 2023. Benjamin also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the same institution, obtained in December 2022. Benjamin has furthered their knowledge in the field of statistics by completing two courses, Statistics Foundations: 1 and Statistics Foundations: 2, offered by LinkedIn, in July 2019. Furthermore, they have a Yellow Belt in the Six Sigma Methodology, obtained from SixSigma.us in September 2017.
