Maddison Joyce

Maddison Joyce is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software development and engineering management. Since December 2017, Maddison has been the Head of Engineering at Smokeball Australia, where responsibilities include designing technical architecture, developing Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform and AWS, and creating backend and multi-platform frontend solutions using Node.js, TypeScript, React, and React Native. Prior to Smokeball, Maddison held roles such as IT Director at Neoclinical and Chief Technology Officer at Waste Choices Australia, contributing to various IT and software development projects.
