Shweta Gambhir

Shweta Gambhir has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Shweta is currently working as the People Director - MESA at Smollan. Prior to this, they worked at Rich Products Corporation for 13 years, where they held various roles including General Manager - Human Resources, Deputy General Manager - Human Resources, and Senior Manager Human Resources. Shweta also worked at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited as a Manager - Human Resources, and at Aon Hewitt, Godrej Lawkim, Cipla Ltd, and IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd. in human resources roles. Overall, Shweta has a strong background in HR management, recruitment, performance appraisal, training, and staff governance.

Shweta Gambhir completed their Post Graduate Business Management degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from SIES College of Management Studies from 2000 to 2002. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Commerce & Accounts from R A Podar College of Commerce & Economics Matunga Mumbai from 1997 to 2000. Shweta began their education at Kendriya Vidyalaya- IIT Powai Mumbai in 1990, where they completed their SSC & HSC in Commerce & Accounts from 1990 to 1997.
