Vanessa Kao

Vanessa Kao currently serves as the Assistant Manager for People Business Partnering at Smollan, starting in July 2023, having previously held the position of Supervisor in the same department. Prior to Smollan, Vanessa worked at DKSH SMOLLAN as a Supervisor in HRBP for Taiwan from May 2022 to July 2023. From April 2021 to May 2022, Vanessa was a Human Resources Supervisor at New Boom Global Limited (OPPO TW). Additionally, from May 2018 to December 2020, Vanessa managed human resources at The Place Taipei, focusing on HR strategic planning and employee administration systems. Vanessa's earlier experience includes various roles in HR at Regent Taipei from 2013 to 2018, with responsibilities covering performance evaluation processes and labor relations, along with earlier positions in administrative support and hospitality. Vanessa holds a degree in Tourism from Shih Hsin University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
