Dylan Echols

Dylan Echols has extensive experience in customer success and project management, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success and Board Member at Smooth Fusion since June 2016. Prior roles at Smooth Fusion include Director and Manager of Customer Success, as well as Project Manager and Digital Strategist. Additionally, Dylan worked as an Independent Contractor assisting with research at Texas Tech University from December 2016 to December 2019, and served as a Research and Teaching Assistant in the College of Media & Communication from August 2015 to December 2016. Early experience includes roles such as Marketing Coordinator, Public Relations Intern, and Account Services Intern. Dylan holds a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication and a Bachelor's in Public Relations, both from Texas Tech University.
