Josh Nicosia

Josh Nicosia serves as the Chief Legal Officer for Smoothie King, overseeing compliance, enterprise risk, corporate governance, data privacy, and legal matters related to the franchise business since March 2021. Prior to this role, Josh managed North American legal affairs for IWG plc as General Counsel from February 2019 to March 2021. From April 2014 to December 2018, Josh held multiple positions at Jamba Juice, including General Counsel and Vice President of Development, where significant contributions included contract negotiations and overseeing a major take-private transaction. Earlier legal experience includes serving as General Counsel at 1-800-Radiator and as Permit Specialist at Fecteau Residential, Inc. Josh holds a Juris Doctor and a Master's Degree in Environmental Law from Vermont Law and Graduate School, as well as a BA in Environmental Science from Stonehill College.
