Nadine Mills

Nadine Mills has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions in multinational companies.

From 2021 onwards, Nadine has been working as a Chief People Officer at Qoria Limited, Linewize US, and Smoothwall.

Prior to that, from 2015 to 2021, they worked at MarkLogic as the Director International Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for managing the HR function for the company's entities in APAC and EMEA regions. Nadine established the HR function, policies, and procedures in London, EMEA, and APAC. Nadine also designed and implemented HR strategies across the regions, covering areas such as organisational development, talent acquisition, remuneration, industrial relations, and HR operations.

Before joining MarkLogic, from 2014 to 2015, Nadine worked at OpenText as an HR Business Partner EMEA and later as a Senior HR Manager, International. In these roles, they provided high-level HR advice and led operational and strategic people-based activities across EMEA and APAC. Nadine also led talent management strategies globally.

From 2012 to 2014, Nadine served as an HR Manager Sales/Retail (EMEA/US/CIS) at Vertu/Nokia. Nadine managed HR operations for retail stores in multiple countries and successfully managed the transition from Nokia to Vertu within EMEA, CIS, and the US.

Earlier in their career, from 2008 to 2011, Nadine worked as an HR Manager at Baumueller Nuernberg GmbH, where they were responsible for HR operations and held the position of HR Manager with a team of 9 direct reports.

Nadine Mills has a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Marketing (Business Administration Studies) from the University of Applied Science, Georg-Simon-Ohm, Nuremberg. In addition to their Master's Degree, they have obtained a Certificate of English for International Communication (TOIEC) from the Business English School in September 2011. Nadine also has an Instructor Qualification from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Nuremberg, which they obtained in May 2009.
