Mathieu Maisonneuve's work experience starts in 2009 as a Methods Engineer intern at Valeo Engine Cooling. Mathieu then works as an Advanced Engineering intern at Volvo Group Trucks Technology in 2011. Mathieu joins MAN Truck & Bus AG as an After Sale Engineer intern in 2012. In 2013, they work as a Master Thesis Project member at Volvo Group Trucks Technology and also takes on roles at MI-GSO | PCUBED as a Product Cost Controller and Project Management Officer. In 2016, they become the Industrial Leader for A350 Landing Gear Systems & Fuel at MI-GSO | PCUBED. In 2019, Mathieu joins Safran as an Industrial Project Manager and later in 2020, they become the Quality and Industrialisation Manager at Fifteen, managing a team of 4 and handling quality and industrialisation for bike and urban furniture production. Overall, Mathieu's experience spans various roles in project management, quality control, industrialisation, engineering, and internships in different industries.

Mathieu Maisonneuve completed their education in two different institutions. From 2007 to 2013, they attended Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile, where they obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following this, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued an MSc degree in Automotive Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology. Additionally, in November 2018, Mathieu obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
