Pat Abbruscato

Pat Abbruscato has over 27 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Pat currently serves as the Director of Warehouse Operations for Supplement Manufacturing Partners (SMP Nutra) since 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Warehouse Operations Manager at Central Plumbing Specialties from 2014 to 2021. From 2010 to 2014, they served as the Managing Director - Field Services at Broadview Networks, Inc., where they were responsible for managing an operations team of over 70 technicians and successfully changed the process with in-footprint installations, eliminating the use of three contractors and saving $2,000,000 per year. From 2007 to 2010, they held the role of Managing Director - Dedicated Voice Repair at Broadview Networks, Inc. and was responsible for building a successful Resold Repair team from the ground up. From 1999 to 2007, they served as the Director of POTS Repair and Director of Customer Support Specialists at Broadview Networks, Inc. Prior to this, they were the Director of Customer Support Specialists at USN Communication, Inc. from 1994 to 1999, where they supervised and directed managers, supervisors and 40 field technicians in the Verizon and Ameritech regions.

Pat Abbruscato attended Mount Saint Michael Academy and St. John's University, where they studied Communications.
