Katherine Demercurio

Katherine DeMercurio is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the architectural and real estate sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Communications Consultant and Director of Marketing at EverGreene Architectural Arts, Katherine has contributed significantly to the company's marketing strategies since September 2017. In addition to this role, Katherine is involved with SMPS New York, holding various leadership positions including Immediate Past President and Chapter Champion, and previously served as the Foundation Committee Chair for CREW New York. Katherine's career includes roles in business development and marketing coordination at firms like M Moser Associates, CBT Architects, and TRO Jung|Brannen, showcasing a strong background in client relations, proposal management, and professional development within the AEC industry. An alumna of Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, Katherine has also pursued further education in digital graphic design and photography.
