Kwek Hyen Chee Ceng

KWEK Hyen Chee (郭献志) CEng(SG) currently serves as the Head of Digital Systems and Business Innovation at SMRT Corporation Ltd, focusing on innovations in digital twins, AI, and intelligent transportation systems. With extensive experience in strategic planning and business growth, KWEK has held multiple leadership roles within SMRT, driving business analytics, operational excellence, and system development initiatives. KWEK also contributes as a Chartered Engineer in Railway and Transportation Engineering with the Institution of Engineers, Singapore, and has a military background with the Singapore Armed Forces, where KWEK held several management and leadership positions. KWEK’s educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Defence Technology, complemented by executive education at MIT Sloan School of Management.
