Winston Licas

Winston Licas is an experienced technology leader with a background in customer support and network management. Currently serving as the Business Unit Head of Customer Support at SMS Global Technologies Inc. since September 2015, Winston has developed strong skills in service delivery and infrastructure support. Previously, Winston was a Senior Technology Manager at FIS, overseeing remote infrastructure management and leading a team of over 90 systems and network engineers. Earlier in the career, Winston served as the Manager of Technology Services at Smart Communications, responsible for the maintenance of a mobile broadband network, and worked as a Network Specialist at Banco de Oro Universal Bank, focusing on data network engineering. Winston holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas.
