Craig McGinn

Craig McGinn is the Group Company Secretary & General Counsel at SMS Plc. Craig has over 20 years of experience working in corporate law. Craig started their career as a Senior Solicitor at the Bank of Scotland. Craig then spent 10 years as a Partner at Dundas & Wilson before moving to CMS Cameron McKenna, where they worked for two years as a Partner. In 2014, Craig became a Board Member at River Clyde Homes, and they have been with SMS Plc since October 2016.

Craig McGinn graduated from the University of Strathclyde with a Diploma in Legal Practice (DIPLP) and then went on to complete the Advanced Certificate in International Banking Studies (ACIBS) at the Chartered Institute of Bankers Scotland. Craig subsequently completed their LLB (Hons) in Law at the University of Strathclyde.
