Rand P Singer

RanD P Singer is currently employed at Strategic Management Solutions, LLC as a Sn. Project Controls Engineer, where they lead the Project Controls team for modernization projects at Los Alamos National Laboratory. With extensive experience in project management and controls, RanD has worked on various contracts involving scheduling, project controls management, and technical proposals. Prior to this, RanD held leadership roles at GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy and Westinghouse/Combustion Engineering, overseeing nuclear projects and fuel reconstitutions. RanD holds an MBA in Accounting, Finance, & Project Management from Clemson University and a BS from the University at Albany, SUNY.
