Kaitlyn Giles

Kaitlyn Giles, M.S., is an experienced student affairs professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Student Success at Southwest Minnesota State University since March 2019, where Kaitlyn previously held roles as Coordinator of Advising Services and Admission Counselor. With a strong background in admissions and recruitment, Kaitlyn effectively built personal relationships with prospective students and families while utilizing data analysis to achieve enrollment goals. Prior to this, Kaitlyn worked as an Admissions Representative at North Hennepin Community College and held various positions at Minnesota State University, Mankato, including Career Advisor and Front Desk Assistant. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, both from Minnesota State University, Mankato, along with a diploma from Waseca High School.
