Silke Englert

Silke Englert is an experienced HR professional currently serving as General Manager HR Europe at Sahajanand Medical Technologies since July 2023. Prior to this role, Silke held various leadership positions at Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions GmbH from January 2019 to June 2023, including Director HR Global Professional and Director HR Germany & Global Professional. Silke's experience also includes managing human resources for Germany and Austria at Abbott from July 2013 to December 2018 and serving as Human Resources Manager at Warner Chilcott from January 2011 to June 2013. Earlier roles include Head of HR Strategy at Dailycer and Human Resources Advisor at RB. Silke began the career with a market research internship at Advention Business Partners and has foundational HR experience from Lufthansa and vocational education at Big Dutchman International GmbH. Silke holds a Diplom Betriebswirtin in Human Resources from Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society and a Betriebswirtin (BA) in Human Resources and Marketing from FHWT Vechta.
