Igor Romero

Igor Romero is currently the Head of EMEA & Strategy Officer at SMT. Prior to this, Igor held various leadership positions in customer experience and strategy at Medallia, Telefónica, Repsol, and Capgemini Invent. With a strong background in telecommunications, Igor has also worked at companies such as Greenwich Consulting, everis, and BearingPoint. Igor holds an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and has completed specialized programs in AI, organizational design, and design thinking.
