Matthew Little has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and companies. Matthew started their career as a Production Assistant at ABC11 Eyewitness News - WTVD in 2012. Matthew then joined SMT (SportsMEDIA Technology Corp) in 2013, where they worked as a Remote Technician for six years. In this role, they were responsible for tasks such as providing demo products, eliciting feedback, and resolving issues during live TV broadcasts. Additionally, they contributed to creating system/operation documentation and implementing corrective action plans. In 2019, Matthew transitioned to the role of a Software Quality Assurance Analyst at SMT, where they implemented strategies for user acceptance testing and coordinated with Scrum teams. In 2021, they joined Farragut Systems, Inc. as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst. Currently, Matthew is working at SMT as the Lead Quality Assurance Analyst, a position they have held since 2022.
Matthew Little attended The University of Akron from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies.
