Amanda Beck

Amanda Beck possesses extensive experience in project management and environmental development within the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Renewable Project Development at SMUD since July 2014, Amanda previously worked as a Senior Project Manager at First Solar and held various roles focused on environmental and business development at Optisolar, Bay Area Rapid Transit, and ENSR. With a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Amanda has demonstrated a strong ability to coordinate with regulatory agencies, developers, and engineering firms, as well as leading land use permitting and due diligence efforts in Northern California.
