Jennifer Manuel Howard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior Organizational Effectiveness Specialist at SMUD since October 2021, Jennifer specializes in providing consultative services across various areas, including culture transformation, employee engagement, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. As the Founder and CEO of Via Consulting Group since April 2015, Jennifer offers coaching and workshops emphasizing an intersectional, values-based approach. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Talent Management at Plus Delta Consulting and various consulting roles at IBM, where Jennifer focused on human capital solutions across several industries.
