Yenny Quiroga

Yenny Quiroga is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and organizational development. Currently serving as the HR Manager for Smurfit Kappa in the Americas since June 2018, Yenny has previously held significant roles at Nestlé México, including Compensation and Benefits Manager and leadership positions focused on organizational development. Prior experience includes various HR roles at DHL Express Mexico, where responsibilities encompassed compensation strategies and HR information systems management, as well as a foundation in compensation analysis at Banamex and BASF. Yenny holds a Human Resource Management Certificate from Florida Atlantic University, project management training from Universidad Panamericana, and a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Finance from Universidad Panamericana.
