Caroline Martin

Caroline Martin has extensive experience in recruitment and employee engagement, currently serving as an Employee Engagement Coordinator and Junior Recruiter at SMX since January 2016. Prior to this role, Caroline contributed to Smartronix Inc. in various positions, including leading recruitment efforts for the ACSS contract supporting the Marine Corps and managing the complete life-cycle of recruiting. Additional roles at Smartronix include Recruiting Assistant and Recruiting Intern. Earlier career experiences include working as a Promotions Team Member for 90.9 The Light and as a Receptionist at Smartronix. Caroline holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Liberty University, completed in 2015.
