Keith Miller

R. Keith “Bull” Miller is Executive Vice President of Quality Systems at SMX. He is an experienced leader in the services IT industry, skilled in business capture, proposal management, C4ISR service delivery, and effective quality management.

He is responsible for delivering enterprisewide capabilities across the company’s business lines and functional areas in support of the company’s vision and growth. He oversees implementation and compliance with SMX’s Quality Management System (QMS), participates in strategic planning activities, and ensures effective integration and efficient operations.

He earned a Master of Science from the National War College, a Master of Science from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. He served as a Team Chief on a student-led effort at NWC that helped author the U. S. President’s National Strategy for Combating Terrorism.
