Megan Swann

Megan (de Vos) Swann is an accomplished leader in talent acquisition and development with over 15 years of experience in recruitment across various sectors, particularly defense and cloud computing. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Development at SMX since October 2017, Megan oversees comprehensive staffing strategies for Business Units in C5ISR, Engineering & IT, and Cloud Solutions within a 1,200-person enterprise. Prior roles include Recruiting Manager and Senior Cloud Recruiter at SMX, as well as positions at Wyle, Inc., Corporate Results, Inc., and Randstad. Megan holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and International Business from the University of Maryland and has enriched education experiences at the American University of Rome.
