Zahid Nazir

Zahid Nazir is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cloud architecture and solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Cloud Architect at Smartronix since July 2018, Zahid has previously held notable positions at Delta Air Lines as a Cloud/Senior Solutions Architect, Mzay Inc as a Cloud/Enterprise Architect, and Schneider Electric as a Cloud Architect. Additionally, Zahid contributed to Capella University as an Enterprise Architect, Cisco Systems as an Architect, and Sybase Inc. as a Senior Architect, where responsibilities included auditing, designing, and mentoring for application development. Early career highlights include serving as a Systems Architect at Medtronic, leading offshore teams, and creating strategic architecture roadmaps, as well as acting as Chief Java Architect for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, developing the Pay.gov system. With a Master’s degree in Computer Sciences from the University of the Punjab, Zahid has a well-rounded foundation in technical leadership and project management within various organizations.
