J.D. Kious

J.D. is General Counsel for SRM and has provided legal services for the Company in various capacities since 2010. J.D. received his undergraduate degree from Furman University in 2002 and his law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2005. He was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2005. J.D. began his legal career with the law firm of Kious, Rodgers, Barger, Holder & King, PLLC, where he was a partner until his move to SRM in 2020. J.D. also has extensive real estate experience, having owned a large full-service real estate title and escrow company for over 10 years.
